In a South Florida August, often not. Warm humid air meeting a cold cabinet leaves its water behind, and a door opened frequently will do that with a perfect seal. What is worth checking is whether the gasket is sitting flat all the way round, whether the door closes square, and whether something on a shelf is holding it a fraction open. ### How do I test the seal myself? A banknote closed in the door at several points around the perimeter. If it pulls out with no resistance in one place and grips everywhere else, that is where the seal has gone.
