Every figure is a starting point
Each page here carries a “from” and the researched market range it was set against. Neither is a quote for your appliance. The exact cost is confirmed after an on-site diagnostic and written down before anything is opened — and where the honest answer is that the repair is not worth doing, that is the answer you get instead of a figure.
The cheapest outcomes, which are real
A tub filter. A downdraft grease filter. A toe-kick grille that a kick panel covered. A burner cap seated wrong after a cleaning. An induction cooktop in an island with nowhere for air to come from. A control that needed a full minute at the breaker. Every one of those ends at the visit fee, and on a site that makes its living from repairs, publishing them is a deliberate cost that we think is the right one.
The most expensive one, and when it is worth it
A sealed system starts at $695 and is quoted last, after the condenser, the fans, the defrost circuit, the dampers and the door seals have been measured and excluded on record. On a mass-market refrigerator that figure usually ends the conversation. On a built-in column finished with your own panels it frequently does not, because replacing the appliance means matching an opening, a panel and a hinge pattern. That is arithmetic rather than salesmanship and we will show you the working.
What we will not do
We will not publish a final price before seeing the appliance. We will not order a control board on the strength of a code without measuring what the code is about. We will not tell you a Florida storm killed your electronics, because no manufacturer or regulator source says so and everyone who does is selling surge protection. We will not price a magnetron before a diagnostic. And we will not take a booking for an appliance that is still inside the maker’s own warranty without telling you first.
Independent, and what that means
We are an independent repair company. We are not affiliated with, authorized by or endorsed by any manufacturer, and we do not carry out repairs on any manufacturer’s behalf. We carry our own warranty on the work we performed and the parts we fitted, and OEM parts are available on order. Brand names and model numbers on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only. Every figure is a researched market range for South Florida rather than a quote for your JennAir.
